Facility Policies Politicas de Uso

These policies cover reservations, timekeeping, cancellations, conduct, and footwear requirements. Violations may result in removal from the facility. Estas politicas cubren reservas, horarios, cancelaciones, conducta y requisitos de calzado. Las violaciones pueden resultar en la expulsion de las instalaciones.

By booking and using the facilities at CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA, players agree to the following conditions:

  1. All reservations must be made in advance and will be confirmed once the corresponding payment or deposit has been received.
  2. Games and activities must begin and end within the reserved time slot. Time lost due to delays will not be extended or refunded.
  3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule the reservation.
  4. Players participate at their own risk. CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
  5. All players are required to respect the facilities and keep all areas clean and in good condition.
  6. Only footwear appropriate for synthetic turf is allowed. Soccer cleats with studs are not permitted.
  7. Aggressive behavior, alcohol consumption, or any conduct that compromises the safety or environment of the complex is not allowed.
  8. CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA reserves the right to deny admission and remove from the premises any person who fails to comply with these rules.

Al reservar y utilizar las instalaciones de CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA, los jugadores aceptan las siguientes condiciones:

  1. Todas las reservas deben realizarse con anticipacion y quedaran confirmadas una vez recibido el pago o deposito correspondiente.
  2. Los partidos y actividades deben comenzar y finalizar dentro del horario reservado. El tiempo perdido por retrasos no sera extendido ni reembolsado.
  3. Las cancelaciones deben realizarse con al menos 24 horas de anticipacion para poder reprogramar la reserva.
  4. Los jugadores participan bajo su propio riesgo. CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA no sera responsable por lesiones, accidentes o perdida de objetos personales.
  5. Es obligatorio respetar las instalaciones y mantener todas las areas limpias y en buen estado.
  6. Solo se permite el uso de calzado adecuado para cesped sintetico. No se permiten botas de futbol con tacos.
  7. No se permite comportamiento agresivo, consumo de alcohol ni cualquier conducta que comprometa la seguridad o el ambiente del complejo.
  8. CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA se reserva el derecho de admision y de retirar de las instalaciones a cualquier persona que incumpla estas normas.

Liability Waiver Exencion de Responsabilidad

This waiver covers assumption of risk for physical activities including potential injury, disability, or death. By signing, you release CJ Lasso Sports Arena from liability. Esta exencion cubre la asuncion de riesgo para actividades fisicas incluyendo posibles lesiones, discapacidad o muerte. Al firmar, liberas a CJ Lasso Sports Arena de responsabilidad.

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By signing this form and participating in any activity at CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. I understand that participation in soccer and related athletic activities involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, permanent disability, or even death.
  2. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities.
  3. I agree that CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA, as well as its owners, managers, employees, sponsors, and affiliates, will not be responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages I may suffer while using the facilities.
  4. I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and that I have not received any medical advice preventing me from engaging in this type of activity.
  5. I agree to respect the facilities and keep them clean, including the proper use of all spaces, care of the field, and proper disposal of trash and personal belongings.
  6. I understand that failure to follow the facility rules may result in my immediate removal without refund.

Asuncion de Riesgo y Liberacion de Responsabilidad

Al firmar este formulario y participar en cualquier actividad en CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA, reconozco y acepto lo siguiente:

  1. Entiendo que la participacion en futbol y actividades deportivas relacionadas implica riesgos inherentes, incluyendo, entre otros, lesiones fisicas, discapacidad permanente o incluso la muerte.
  2. Acepto voluntariamente asumir todos los riesgos asociados con mi participacion en estas actividades.
  3. Acepto que CJ LASSO SPORTS ARENA, asi como sus propietarios, administradores, empleados, patrocinadores y afiliados, no seran responsables por lesiones, perdidas o danos que pueda sufrir mientras utilice las instalaciones.
  4. Confirmo que me encuentro en condiciones fisicas adecuadas para participar y que no he recibido indicaciones medicas que me impidan realizar este tipo de actividad.
  5. Me comprometo a respetar las instalaciones y a mantenerlas limpias, incluyendo el uso adecuado de los espacios, el cuidado del campo y la correcta disposicion de basura y pertenencias personales.
  6. Entiendo que el incumplimiento de las reglas de las instalaciones puede resultar en mi retiro inmediato, sin derecho a reembolso.
